I solved buy deactivating the plugin called ‘All in on calendar’ thus I could change the different valuse in titles and tag descrip.

try to deactivate 1 plugin fot time

I confirm:

i cannot enter the TITLES and METAS settings,
i can enter in all the other pages (internal links, rss, control panel, import export) but not in Title and Metas
