I do not see how our functions.php file can be malicious since it only includes a few lines of codes to query OceanWP CSS, for instance. However, the proper way to install such a child theme would be oceanwp-child and not oceanwp-child-theme-master, perhaps that is where the issue is.

However, You may override the file by adding your custom JS to Customise > Custom CSS/JS and drop it on the Custom JS box.

The code you provided:

$url = wc_get_cart_url();

Turned both icon and dropdown cart on our theme unaccessible.

What we have done was to replace on code line 31 the original call replacing it by:

$url = wc_get_cart_url( $cart_id );

Which resolves the issue while keeping the theme features.

Can you please confirm that this works for you?

In general, meaning sitewide, then head to Customise > Header > General, dropdown the menu below Style, and select Custom Header and it will open the Select Template option, click on – Select – to assign the proper template from your Theme Panel > My Library.

If somehow, you did this and it did not assign to specific WooCommerce pages, then open Theme Panel > My Library, and check if you have your header Conditional Logic set to display on all pages, or specific ones, and alter as you wish.
