You are correct. It is the title, not the image file name. The issue is, the title appears as the description with “+” between each word.

Pin says: Raised+Bed+Revolution+|+Smart+Ideas+for+Your+Garden

Pinterest already pulls in the title and excerpt (for me, created via Yoast plugin) so alt text would be great.

I really like how lightweight the plugin is.
