I also facing same issue. After deactivate the plugin, I can update the function.php. We disabled all the plugin and activate all the plugin except SG Optimizer. it is only happened once SG Optimazer is activated.

Ok we found out that it is because of “Inline all CSS?” in Autoptimize

It is happening because of Autoptimize plugin. it is working if I disabled it. The css you mention is added by Autoptimize. Is there any suggestion?

Yes, you are right. There is Stripe integration in Theme Plugin.

Thanks for your very kind support. Yes, It is disabled the loading of the cities in WCFM.

Any way we still need to add filter and add city dropdown since our country’s state and city mapping is importance.
