We needed to re-configure the plugin and use the Office 365 smtp details described in this article (option #1): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/how-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send-email-using-microsoft-365-or-office-365

Looking at your MX records, GoDaddy seem to be your mail provider, so perhaps you can set up an SMTP account there and point to that?

Do you have any instructions? We have an IT company that manages this sort of thing, but they’re asking us what we need them to do…
