    Okay, here are two long notes. You can see when a user sets the order to completed, and you can also see when the system kicks it back to pending.

    The products are set to regular products because there are variables on several of them (doses, bottle size, etc.) so I can’t convert them all to virtual.

    Is there a way to edit this in the plugin code? It is marked ‘resolved’ here, but the latest version of the plugin doesn’t seem to limit this.

    In the code, there’s a spot that looks like it works, but it’s not applying anything:

    Same issue. Tried to add data without <script> holder, and nothing is saved in the editor, and nothing displays on the page.

    It must be a plugin interaction issue because I couldn’t get my script to work after creating a custom field either.

    Did you find out the OP’s issue?

    Hey Steve!

    Thanks for that link. It definitely helps walk me through changing the text on the “insert your password” section.

    What I want to do it add an image and some text to the blank space below the password request. Do I enter that in the functions.php file? I don’t think I do, but the link above has me changing code in a custom plugin file (or functions.php).

    So I’m a bit confused as to where else I need to look. I feel like we’re getting closer though.

    As far as the knowledgebase is concerned, I had no problem searching your site and coming up with results. I actually don’t know why you would use it if all you’re writing are blogs and articles for your main WP site. They overlap too much.

    As far as your SEO and search-engine-index results are concerned, I would up your on-page SEO with Yoast. I see you already have it installed, so I’m not sure how you could be experiencing errors. The source code shows all the descriptions, key phrases, ALT tags, and links… so you’re on the right track.

    It’s been 2 weeks, so maybe this was a short-term issue. Has it been resolved for you?

    There’s no knowledgebase on your site. Please provide a link to the actual knowledgebase.

    I’m sure some text would look good. Essentially, you want to build the text into the header portion so it will show on the main page, but not on every subsequent page. Is that correct?

    Oh man, this is something I can’t help with, but here’s what I did.

    I took the template folder and renamed it wp-knowledgebase and put it in my theme folder. That gave me the files to edit from the appearance editor in WordPress (in my theme).

    I just added the shortcode to the KB page directly, and it all came together. I had to add a bunch of CSS to my theme panel to get the KB to look more like how I wanted it, but that’s all I did.

    I wish I could help more.

    Well it IS working for me. I can’t completely reproduce what you see.

    Maybe it’s an issue with your browser… which, I know sounds like such a “tech support” answer. I’m running out of ideas though.

    It may say “no search results found” but if you hit enter, your page still reloads with suggestions of articles that might help.

    MAYBE the “no results” page template can be modified to showcase a few of your most popular articles, so no matter what results “don’t appear” the user still gets some usable result.

    AH. I see. That makes more sense now.

    The top one is beautiful. That’s your theme.

    The second one if the KB, and when I searched it, I saw what you were talking about. (no articles found) appears in the drop-down when I search for ‘unicorns’ now. I still get results when I search for ‘password’ though.

    Man, I have no idea now.

    On a side note, how did you get your searchbar to be centered in the header? I have it set to auto with margins on my site, but it’s NOT QUITE center… it’s it’s driving me crazy.

    Strange. I just went to your site and searched for “password” and came up with two articles.

    I searched for ‘password’ because it was mentioned in two articles I saw, so I knew it would deliver results.

    And it did.

    I also searched for ‘unicorns’ and I received a results page with no results.

    I wish I could help more…
