Hi how come was my issue marked as resolved??? i’m still waiting for satisfiable answer since i have not heard anything in weeks after my last comment when i clearly stated there is no such option you told me about it

there is NO such Cool Timeline option in the admin menu so i cannot set that setting

“You can easily change stories order from setting panel.” i cannot change the order because i can’t access the setting panel as i mentioned it in my previous comment.

I can’t even seen the Cool Timeline in the dashboard menu, i only see Timeline stories in the dashboard menu

and where can i get the timeline shortcode?? and you should add widget in the title of the plugin to avoid confusion

I figured out I had to remove some variables from the email template that is sent to the admin (in my case). I guess the plugin gets stuck since it can’t pull the data requested in the email template and it keeps trying nonstop, so the results are never sent. Try removing variables one by one till it works, I hope this helps…

I just did, same error

i disabled the rest of the plugins as you suggested and i still got that error, and in more than one site…

so you are saying this is not a problem caused by Yoast SEO? I am not using Theme my login plugin, or Wordfence or WPS Hide Login. I am using All In One WP Security & Firewall plugin, i will contact them then and keep you posted

oh i see, it’s the name of the theme in this case, i followed all the steps, i noticed i had to name the folder with all letters in lowercase.

Everything worked well, except the button Read More which i dont know why it doesnt show the translation even though i typed it.
