That’s normal, correct, expected behavior for a caching plugin – if you are working on your site, deactivate it while you are doing that.

Is the font still “stuck”? Which page/place?

Yes perhaps it is. I deactivated it though, and still had problems so that is quite notable I thought ??

The font “stuck” was strange, after your solution I still had the Google font “Cabin” in my post titles. After commenting the css using the font out and after reinstalling the theme (which I thought would have cleansed the header.php from this google font link that apparently is required).

But, I pasted the google font link once everything worked again and put in the css for it so I can’t tell you if the “problem” still persists today because I want the font for now.

Again, truly grateful for you quick reply and help.

I have the plugin but it is not activated.

Should I activate it to “clear it” as you put it?

Or should I delete it? I thought deactivated plugins doesn’t affect the site.

    Update:

Thank you very very much, I reactivated the plugin (quite counter-intuitive) and started clearing everything and now it seems to display changes again.

The funny thing is it still looks wrong because my site still has a google font which I have deleted – both in my CSS and in the header where you’re supposed to activate it – so it confused me further when trying to fix this.

People reading this, beware of caching when using this plugin. Apparently you have to clear all the time when doing redesign.
