First of all, thanks for your feedback.
You’re right, there are a few pages showing what extra features could be found in some other versions.
We decided to show this small amount of content inside AcyMailing (instead of inside banners displayed everywhere) so that you see it only if you click on specific sections. The main idea was to be as less intrusive as possible.
I can understand you didn’t appreciate seeing those pages. So please accept our apologies and be sure we will improve this in our next version.

I’ve found what’s causing this.
In fact that’s not a bug, it’s a feature! ??If people are logged into our website and if they access the archive section then they see emails they received.
So if you access it using an account with no email received (since it has been created) then the listing is empty ??

This one looks really strange.
We’ve checked in the code and didn’t see anything wrong.I’ve seen there is no way for us to register to your website. So no way to reproduce the issue easily ??
Could you please create a test account and send the information using our contact form on our website?This way we will be able to reproduce the issue then see what’s going on ??

As that’s an issue belong to your data on your website. I would suggest you to contact us using our contact form on our website. This way I can have a look at your data and see what’s going wrong. Please let me know once it is done so I can take a look by myself.
On another side please keep in mind that the reading ratio isn’t 100% accurate.
As you might now some people read your emails using an email clients that blocks pictures. Without pictures being loaded then AcyMailing can’t know if the receiver has opened the email or not.So sending email to thus who didn’t read might imply sending email to someone who read the email but blocked the images which allow Acy to know it.

As this issue belongs to your specific tables / configuration, could you use our website contact form to send us more information about it? This way we will have a closer look at it and see what’s wrong based on your database structure.Oh and by the way, I think editing your message to prevent other users from seeing information from your website would be a really good idea ??
