Unfortunately we’re not able to reproduce the issue with the button. It is perfectly working on our test websites.
I think the best solution is definitely to contact us using our contact form so we can have a closer look.
As regards the fist screenshot, if you don’t see the blue circles then that’s because those users are not subscribed to this specific list ??

What do you mean by “It is not working”?
Is there an error displayed? A JS one maybe in your browser console?Could you please share a screencast so we can see what’s going on?

We’re used to advising our users to take a look at Sendinblue because it’s our partner.
But other services work like a charm too.Amazon SES would be cheaper, Mailgun more known if you come from the US.
It depends on your needs and on your budget.
By the way, if you wait for some weeks, you’ll probably be able to send emails using our own sending service. Who knows.. ??

For now we don’t let people include them as most of the mail client don’t handle them :-/

You can add it using CSS but it might not work in some cases (like you said).

As regards the subscribe button, I guess you use the widget or the short code to display the form right? If so, you can change the text in the params ??

You’re right that’s because WP Maintenance plugin is blocking all the scripts from being loaded.
That means our JS script to submit the form and handle the fields verification is blocked too and it breaks the process.=> A “hack” has been found and sent to Valérie via private message ??

Localization is not working good – missing characters.

List are filters over subscribers. So all the subscribers are in one table.
All subscribers are watched by default, but there is no way to mass change it.
This plugin concept is primary about subscriber’s interaction with it, but if You have external list, there is too much wrong to use it good way.That’s the main point yes. If you have external list then you can import it directly. Our plugin is focused on user yes and subscribers. That’s why it is all linked to them and focused on them.
I can understand you wanted it to be different but you can’t blame it…Custom fields are saved to separate database table.
Yes and that’s the case for a lot of plugins. That’s the same with WordPress post and post meta. I don’t understand why it causing issues ??
Custom fields are global, there is no way to add them to list.
That’s right. The feature is “user custom fields” so custom fields belong to users and not to list. If you wish to change this and have a feature request / a suggestion then feel free to share it. We would be happy to take a look at it and add it into our todo list.
Time limit on session while editing templates???
As regards time limit session it belongs to your own session defined by your browser and your session instance. We didn’t define any time for session to expire, that’s the opposite. We inform people that their CMS session is going to expire so we remind them to save their work so they won’t lose data.
That’s also why we developed a automatic backup feature so your work won’t be lost.
I can understand you’re frustrated and you maybe thought / wanted it to work in another way. But to be honest this review seems to be a bit harsh…
As I said, we would be glad to have an email from you so we can discuss all those points, get your feedback and improve things instead of simply leaving a 1?? review…
