Is there somewhere to privately send the screenshots rather than posting them on a public board?

The same lessons are showing in both the parent and child modules. It’s very frustrating.

Thank you Gaurav! This is much appreciated. The only issue with this would be that the progress bars now show, but they’re all grey (no matter how much progress they have).

Is there a solution for this part?

There’s not much to see though. It’s just that the quiz section is missing.

If we can’t get the quizzes back asap then we’ll need to find another LMS despite using Sensei for several years. It’s quite frustrating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Donna! Our site uses the classic editor (we really really really don’t want to use blocks).

We have Sensei LMS 3.10.0 and there are no options to add quizzes/lessons there.

Please can you provide some help to let us add quizzes again. It’s quite frustrating now.

We also have issues with the lessons not being able to save their order – we set them up how we want, save, and then nothing… they’re still in the same old order.

We’ve tried everything suggested elsewhere (disabling all other plugins, switching to TwentyTwenty theme etc.) nothing worked. A new release for Sensei came out today, we updated to that… no luck and no mention of it being included in the release.

Extremely frustrating. Essentially has made it unusable.

Any updates on this? We have the same problem. We tried all the suggestions above – disabled all plugins, changed the theme to TwentyTwenty – but nothing made any difference.

Update: Thanks to Ana from the support team – situation was resolved and the site is running nice and quick now. It feels like Sensei could certainly be capable of scaling large.

I’ve just checked my tables after seeing the site get painfully slow – wp_commentmeta is 420mb

Have you found a solution on what to do about this? We really need to be able to continue scaling without issues.

I’m not sure if this is useful or not but i’m experiencing similar issues while using Sensei – with a similar amount of users.

I see this issue happen like you’ve described – probably 2-3 times per day with our students. We have to manually go in and remove them from the lesson (both session that will appear there) and then get the student to try complete the lesson again. It’s quite frustrating…
