Hi,
Im have ing a similar problem but my IG account is set to English as i am English.

I keep getting a message saying ” (#100) The Parameter user_id is required” but the plugin is already linked to my account no probs and has the token code and account name.

Please can someone help or Im going to have to delete this plugin as ive been having nothing but probs with it since end of last year!

Mine still isn’t working since the update, despite being told it would toward the end of Jan when the update was going to come out. Doesn’t even work on the test page yet ive succesffuly added the Facebook API (it linked seamlessly) and managed to get hashtag searches working again following this..yet the feed still says “there is no media in this feed” despite saying its connected to my insta in the plugin’s settings. Please can someone have a look at this and get back to me?

Hi guys, is there any progress on the requests yet? Would be brilliant if the pics could show the user’s IG @name, hashtags and videos. Ideally as soon as poss ??

I’ve chosen the lightbox shortcode option but unfortunatley when i click on the pic, it pops up empty! Is there anyway you could have a short code that integrates grid view,the IG hashtags and username of poster on show with any note they have written for the pic on show and also a working lightbox function which also shows the IG hashtags, username and notes?? yeh no worries. sorry the link you put up didnt really make sense to me as im not a major programmer. but it works now so not to worry. will set up a spearate ticket for you re lightbox and suggestions.

Hey guys, I’m having the same issue too. Literally found and installed the plugin today, set everything up correctly and it doesnt pull anything into the site from instagram. The hashtags i am using are gigmann and gigmanniom. Im not too sure how to check to see if my PHP is set to uft8 as im not really a programmer. Please can someone one help as this plugin would be great for my business!
