This is a stripe issue and similar to on the GitHub, it’s plugin team isn’t providing any help at all. Very disappointing.

Yes, that’s correct, but that is irrelevant to my above message and the issue that I referenced.

And based on what I can see, your team still has not fixed this issue.

Why?

It works, but obviously it updates the cart in a different way compared to our theme. Can you advise what the issue might be?

I’ve tried contacting the theme developer about this and they said it is a Stripe issue.

If you can have a look at my site and make some suggestions as to what might be causing this CORS error, that would be appreciated.

When a tracking number is added to an order with this plugin, there becomes a clickable url within the order page that directs you to the tracking page on the courier’s website. For instance, the UPS tracking page for tracking number ########.

I’d like to have that piece of data, namely the unique tracking url, added to WC order’s meta data, so that then Zapier can detect and call upon that info on their site. Right now, a lot of data from this plugin is getting sent over to Zapier, but for some reason the tracking url is not. Here is a snapshot of what is showing. The bold portion is the name of the field, and the un-bolded text reflects the data contained within that field.

In terms of how that can be done on this plugin’s end, I was given this.

Any feedback here?

It sounds like all we need to do here is add the relevant data (the tracking # url) to the WooCommerce REST API.

Are you able to advise how to do this? I found this, which might be helpful.

Thanks for getting back to me!

I just took a peak at our log, but it’s showing any sent e-mails, despite all e-mails being activated and there also being changes happening with the shipment. Any idea why that’s the case?

I should note that I activated this plugin yesterday, and there is only one shipment currently in transit. Since activating yesterday, said shipment has only had one shipping update (from departed facility to in transit).

Also, on another note, I am trying to setup an automation in Zapier that communicates shipping progress into a Slack channel for a respective order. Does this plugin update the order’s meta data with changes of shipment status?
