When will the Tested To be bumped? The plugin still says:

Last updated:2 years ago
WordPress Version:3.0 or higher
Tested up to:4.9.13

So it’s still being flagged as an issue by my security plugin.

Thank you, Matthew. I was not ever able to get that opt-in to work the way I wanted. I spoke with InfusionSoft about it, and they seemed to think it was a bug, but I never heard anything more about it from them after that.

Since I needed to get the thing up and running ASAP and wasn’t getting anywhere, I abandoned using the plugin in favor of creating an opt-in with Thrive Builder and connecting to InfusionSoft the way I normally would.

For what it’s worth, I did try the !important; as well. It would fix things when I used Chrome’s Inspect, but it didn’t work when I implemented the CSS and refreshed the page.

No. Unfortunately, I never found a solution. I went with a different plugin instead since it seems this one is no longer supported. It’s a shame, because I’ve used it on a ton of sites over the years!

I ended up using Easy Social Icons by cybernetikz, which did exactly what I needed it to.

I did find the solution, but I don’t recall what it was. Unfortunately, that website has been redesigned at this point using an entirely different theme, so I can’t go back and look to see what I did to fix it. Sorry!

So, it looks like the widgets are defined to appear in #content, when I want them to appear in #inner, I think, but only on the home page.

There aren’t any settings in the plugin that allow me to change the placement from #content to #inner. Does that mean I have to edit the plugin itself? If so, anyone know what I need to change?

I just discovered that the widgets are displayed on the Blog page, not the Home page for this site… Need to track down why though…

I have the same issue on EmeraldLakeBooks.com. Custom buttons are uploaded to https://emeraldlakebooks.com/wp-content/uploads/social/ and named to match the plugin’s buttons.

The path for the buttons is public_html/emeraldlakebooks.com/wp-content/uploads/social.

The plugin is enabled and the settings are all accurate. I even changed the button size in the widget to 64px when I realized that the icon set I got only had 64px images.

I can’t see anything else that’s potentially wrong…

Given the media changes to WordPress though and the fact that this plugin has not been updated to support WordPress 4.0 yet, and that the developer appears to no longer be supporting the product, perhaps I just need to find another plugin?

I have a similar issue, although not with this particular plugin. (I don’t use that plugin.) Your solution won’t work though, if hashin’s issue is identical to mine. I can’t drag the plug-ins from the left to the widget areas.

Any other ideas?
