    Hi again,

Just to give more insights on this bug. I have recently changed from SMTP to Gmail API. Shortly after my contact forms stopped working (spinning arrow issue, at the same time emails are being delivered).
Not sure about the root of the cause but I’m quite confident it’s a conflict between Contact Form 7 and Postman SMTP.

Hope you can help me out as I’m a bit helpless at the moment!

I think I found the solution! (at least on my side)

My problem was in my contact form: I changed the name of the Email field from “E-mail-address” to “your-email” and everything is working fine again.

Hope it works for you too.

Well, so far MandS hasn’t been of any help to me either (I privately contacted them).
I’m kind of new here so I don’t know if plugin authors are supposed to provide some minimum support, or since it’s a free plugin support is mainly crowdsourced?
Either case I have the feeling they’ve not been acting on this bug, the very few workarounds are coming from other users.
I will keep plugged to this thread as I’m interested in knowing an alternative.

I have the same issue described by Dru.web with the exception that in my case there’s no “Object moved” alert.

    Test page:
    https://webdev.ecovadis.com/whitepapers/

I posted them before but here are the versions I’m using.
    – Advanced Custom Fields Pro 5.3.1
    – Contact Form 7 4.3.1
    – Download Monitor 1.9.1
    – Easy FancyBox 1.5.7

    Thanks for your help!

Hi mandsconsulting and thank you for testing.
I’m using 4.4 but not using Mailchimp for WordPress either. I deactivated all plugins except for:
    – Advanced Custom Fields Pro 5.3.1
    – Contact Form 7 4.3.1
    – Download Monitor 1.9.1
    – Easy FancyBox 1.5.7

and the issue is still there (I get the following URL: /wp-content/plugins/email-before-download/download.php?dl=28a23c596931898900933729ceeccbbb – the values after dl= change for each download)

Also in my case the issue started with the update from 4.3 to 4.4.

+1 for this – the fix is urgent and badly needed on our side ??

Thank you for your help and the plugin (which has worked smooth as a breeze so far…)

Thanks for the prompt reply – yes, I had figured that out.
So it sounds like it’s not possible to do the full export including all channels without incurring in the bug described above.

Sounds like I have to manually perform 20 different exports (since I have 20 channels) and merge all in an Excel spreadsheet, which is very time consuming. Would be great if it could be fixed.

    Thanks again!
