I have tried to disable all plugins but elem and elem pro: the bug still persists.

“Update the Swiper Library”: if active it distrupts the slide widget, if inactive, the slide widget doesnt’t cycle the images.

Yes they are aligned because the product title is 1 row. In my iphone X the title can be even 2 rows disaligning the buttons.

try to open other products to see when u get upsell of a 2-row-title product

thank you for your support, sorry for the delay.
My thumbnails are still blurry.. I tried many things (Resizing, plugins..) nothign works.

If i set the chrome magnifiying lens to 125% the thumnails are perfect… How can i solve this?

Another problem with the plugin template: i’ve edited the shop and that’s super but when i go into the categories there is no style like the shop!

Does your plugin cover categories? I though that would have shown the category as the main shop but filtering the products by category!

I cannot even edit this with elementor…

Is there a solution to this?

I’ve solved by not using the product description but using the product exerp.. I don’t know why the related products keep appearing in the product description.

Another thing, a strange thing appears in the “add to cart” button:

It happened after the latest updates (since 4-5 days ago).

What is it? i tried to remove it, to add another button and other stuff but it doesn’t go back to normal.

In the editor it is normal, when i go in the public site the “-or-” appears…

Sorry i didn’t know that this cart design was not from your plugin (i don’t know how to see if it’s from yours or not, i just use elementor + shopengine + i try some css found online but u can imagine the struggle…)

Edit:

I found what was the problem: i have duplicated the “add to cart” widget (1 for desktop and 1 for mobile, hiding the one from the other).

Fun fact: it happens that the double double increase/decrease quantity happens!

So i’ve removed it and now the double button is gone.

BUT… Another problem came in:
from mobile (not desktop…) i cannot add the products with variants in the cart! It tells me to “select the product options before”. I select but it doesn’t work.
