I am very pleased with this plug-in, and have used it for several years now. It is very powerful, especially if you design your taxonomy well. I have never needed support because things were not working, but I have contacted them several times to help me figure out a problem or to suggest an improvement. Each time I received a very quick reply and have been given excellent and comprehensive attention. They clearly know their stuff and I cannot recommend this plugin enough.

I have been using the PRO version of the plug-in for 3 years. Because I have a lot of media and have to sort them in some way, I find the plugin extremely helpful and so far without any problems. Now there was a problem after a new update, but the support was super fast and super nice, THANK YOU! I am very satisfied and can only recommend it.

this plugin makes tons of database requests to tables like wpuxss_eml_get_media_term_count. with thousands of media this plugin abomination clow down down loading admin pages for minutes! Give a wide berth from this crap!

Super intuitive enhancement to the core media library:
– conforms to WP UX standards.
– easily supports all taxonomies from Media Library Asst and any other folder/category vendor, so it’s perfect for cross-plugin category and tag management.
The pro version bulk edit pays for itself in one bulk edit session.
I won’t quote price and terms here, but this vendor’s premium price model is the fairest I’ve seen for any vendor in the media library group.
Support is direct from the vendor and I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for a response.
Overall – the best media library and taxonomy manager I’ve used for WordPress.

I use this plugin to auto-generate lists of file downloads by category. Very useful for organizations with lots of committees, reports, and meeting minutes. This isn’t built in yet, but they offer some suggestions in their FAQ that helped as I was writing my own shortcode function.
Support was very quick to respond to my one small complaint and made updates with changes.

Do not update if you’re not sure. This version makes scrolling medias impossible under WP2.8. Have to desactivate tu use my galley. Hoping an udpate soon.

When the plugin works, it works perfectly and suits my needs. But when a new WordPress version comes out, it’s the second time that the plugin has some bugs, and it just takes too long for a new version to come along. The annyoing thing is, that the developper doesn’t write anything (for example “I am aware of the problem and will provide a fix in the next days”), so one just doesn’t know if it will be fixed or not.

This is a nice product that allows you to categorize your media using custom taxonomies (basically your custom descriptors, such as tags, categories, attributes, etc.) Provides the same capabilities as folders, but it sure seems a lot faster. The service is top-notch too!

Apparently no longer works with Divi 4.7.3 when you are in Visual builder mode.
The plugin discovered through WP Marmite looked good but suddenly the categories no longer show when inserting an image from the visual builder mode. If you use the classic mode it’s ok but it’s too long to edit. (with passing through from visual builder mode and classic mode). I will change but thank you for the work done

This plugin is really needed by many, even myself. I have used this plugin for a long time and been very happy with it and grateful for it.
I have a website with a lot of media uploads, and expect much more in the coming year. With this plugin I am able to manage my media uploads effectively. I am surprised that WordPress didn’t do this in the first place themselves, seeing how effective this plugin has been.
I have had zero problems with this plugin and I have used it for over a year.
Keep it going mate!

When I click the link “Set featured image”, the media popup open, but the click on the tab “upload file” doesn’t work.
