The Pixel Manager doesn’t set different values based on the payment gateway. There must be some other underlying issue.

Yes. That is what I mentioned in my direct reply to you. If the measurement ID is correctly copied, it is likely some issue with the data stream that needs to be fixed. Creating a new GA4 property should work as well.But you will lose the data from the old property. Maybe there is something that can be fixed with the data stream, but only Google support can help with that.

In short, the GA4 measurement ID that you’ve configured is either wrong, or not set up correctly. All details are in the email I sent you back.

AleksandarThe Pixel Manager tries to open a file, that is shipped with the plugin, but it can’t open it.
This looks like one (or some of the following):
* Not all plugin files have been installed correctly > reinstall the plugin
* The file(s) doesn’t have the correct file permission. > make sure that the file permissions are set correctly after installation. Usually they should have permission 644.Please try those fixes and let us know if it worked or if you still encounter problems.
