Just to follow up on this – worth checking those specific images in your WordPress Library and see their Cloudinary Sync status. The ones shown with the “WordPress” overlay are most likely ones that are not synced to Cloudinary and thus are delivered from WordPress. This is only visible to Admins (i.e. since you’re logged in) but end-users won’t see it. You could also turn it off from the Admin bar one the page – https://cloudinary.com/documentation/wordpress_integration#cloudinary_status

Thanks for your message and sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered. I’ve tried to find any relevant messages in our ticketing system based on your username here or terms relating to the issue you’re reporting, but nothing concrete came about.
May I please ask you to share details about the email you’ve sent to support? For example, do you have the specific ticket number, which email address did you send the email from, the Subject line, your cloud name or any specific details in your message we can use as a filter to try and find that on our side? Also, what was the recipient address you sent the email to, was it [email protected]?
If we can find that original thread on our side then I’ll take a look at the status and also to understand more about the underlying issue so that we can help to resolve it. If we don’t find that then I’d be happy to continue this thread and work on the issues you’re encountering.

Glad the thumbnails are showing as expected for you now.Yes, HAR files are very handy to understand the exact request made and the response sent back, especially when debugging issues that aren’t reproducible for all involved.
Regarding the outstanding issue you face with Cloudinary – if that’s related to the WordPress plugin please share that in the Forums. Alternatively, if it’s an API or other Cloudinary question/issue not surrounding the plugin, please submit that to us directly using the form from my previous message.

Could you please open the Browser’s Network tab when opening the Reports page in your account and share with me the request/response headers for any one of the thumbnails that aren’t loading? You can export this either as HAR file or take a screenshot of the request/response headers from within the Network Tab.

Thanks for reporting this.
Checking your account configuration I was able to test and determine that it was indeed due to the referer whitelist. I’ve now updated that accordingly and the Reports tab in your Cloudinary account will also display the thumbnails.

Our team are aware and are currently working on a fix to resolve the issues with some installations caused by upgrading to the latest version. We have created a StatusPage where you can track and get the latest information on this – https://status.cloudinary.com/incidents/w0062hk3gtl6. If the 2.0.2 version isn’t working for you then you’ve done the right thing and used the latest 1.X version for the meantime.
We will update the StatusPage and this thread too once it’s all confirmed as resolved.
