Thank you very much for the information, I did what you indicated in your answer, but there are still some details to be fixed.

1.- I tell you that publishing in Elementor, with the plugin active, the appearance of the bulleted list is quite similar to when the plugin is deactivated, which is fine, although it still needs a little more indentation. Line spacing of text is reduced. If the titles and subtitles are displayed normally, this is fine.

2.- now publishing with Gutenberg, even the bulleted list is still shown with the indentation on the left, this is still wrong. If the titles and subtitles are displayed normally, this is fine. But the line spacing of the text lines are also reduced is not right.

I say the line spacing, because with the active plugin the separation between lines is reduced and the text looks very crowded. Of course, this can be improved from Elementor or Gutenberg but it is somewhat tedious to be configuring this.

I tell you, at the moment I am using the Royal Elementor Addons, and my theme is Blocksy, but the problem also persists in the theme that comes with default wp. When I try to create a bulleted list, the bullets are not displayed, and the list indentation is not displayed either. It remains as a normal text without the list format.
