Problem solved. My fault. So I went back over all the instructions because it seemed highly unlikely that I was the only one of your users on Godaddy. It turns out I was using the API for another Flickr app I created. I tried it again with the new API and it worked flawlessly.

Thanks for the quick reply. I’ve done as you suggested even deactivating Akismet, but to no avail. Anything else you think I should try? Not sure what you mean by localhost installation. Using Godaddy as a host.
