I have the same problem, even I changed permissions to the file 777 nothing changed. This is not working and i had to deactivate the plugin because of this ??

Same here, used to work fine, but not with the latest WordPress version and latest Contact form 7, also using Divi theme. Doesn’t display.

Any fix to this?

I’m feeling terrible, I got this same error now and I’m desperate, what can I do? I reinstalled WordPress, disable all plugins, and other themes, but it doesn’t work at all, I was supposed to lunch the site today! In my case started once I installed “Sucuri plugin” and “jetpack plugin”.
