Here’s the thing: It’s got bugs anyway you want to twist it and blame others. (Not cool btw)

Anyways, I gave it some thought, and I appreciate the effort and the concept, not to mention the fact that it’s free. So I’m changing my 1 star, to 2 stars because the fact of the matter is, from my experience, it’s unusable at the moment. However I’d love to see it work.

Here are the issues:
1. If you create a “Selection” field, when you actually select something, the background of the tab goes to white, no matter what other colors you’ve chosen. So if your text is white, you’re screwed. Not to mention the fact that if the background is another color, it looks really bad.

2. When you put a slider with dual-select under the aforementioned, it jumps to 0 with both handles, making it impossible to use.

Those were however the only features I used. Afterwards, I gave up trying to find a solution to those 2 problems and went back to Elementor’s own Form.

The problem is, MetForm messed with that as well. I couldn’t use the “Calendar” field anymore because it inherited (I think) the values from MetForm and the arrows to change the month were huge and couldn’t be resized in any way. I spend hours trying to fix it and to figure out why my Elemntor forms started misbehaving and started uninstalling plugins. After I uninstalled MetForm, it went back to normal.

Hi, sorry for the bad review, but I’ve been battling WordPress image compression for about 2 weeks with a bunch of plugins and solutions and none of them seemed to work. I finally got it (don’t know how tbh) and I spend the other 2 weeks building my portfolio. It was all complete and ready to launch today, I was doing the final steps (lazy load, cache plugin) and was done. I don’t know what went wrong. I deleted your plugin, I didn’t get the chance to install any caching plugins so I’m going crazy rn. ??

I made some modifications since I posted. The images appear normal on iPhones, but the issue remains on Chrome for Android. Here are links to pages:

I finally solved it… I am new to web design, but I have developed about 5 websites until now, with no issues, so that’s why I was so desperate.

Here’s the solution for anyone facing this problem:
1. Install Foo Gallery
2. Install Foo Lightbox, (or Lighbox by dFactory for more customisation options)
3. Create a Foo Gallery in the WordPress dashboard and select “Thumbnail Gallery” that opens with Lightbox. Also, customise everything you need in the wordpress Dashboard.
4. Open Elementor and create an empty structure (4, 5 columns, whatever you need)
5. Drag and Drop Foo Gallery from the Elementor sidebar (it’s in the WordPress section) and select which Foo Gallery you want to display.

You will see nothing in the Elementor editor, except the WordPress logo, but it’s there. You can check it out in the preview page.

I think that’s why I had such a big problem. I wasted hours trying to figure it out and I installed tens of lighboxes and Elementor add-ons, but didn’t know about the fact that Elementor doesn’t play well with some things and it doesn’t display them in the Editor.

Thank God I watched a video about something else and made the connection.
