any updates on this? What do I do? look for a plugin from a different developer? Maybe someone that’s more handy with answering to support? Or support is only for paying customers? If so, that should have been stated in those pinned posts on top

This is my daughter’s website, so I’m not sure how this whole thing works, and WordPress is not my forte… Anyway, apparently when a new post is created the system sends email to subscribers about the new post, and that is the link in the email the subscribers get.

the link works fine for me…
