I’ve switched to a staging site and turned off every other plug-in. I’ve even turned off my page builder plug-in, so the only active plug-in is Apply Online and the add-ons I have (emailer and tracker).

The form is still trying to automatically submit itself when blank.

When I try to submit a completed application, I now get a response that just says ‘undefined’. The application isn’t submitted and isn’t even autosaving the data in the backend.

You can view the staging site here https://staging5.woolgatherings.co.uk/exhibitor-applications/peak-district-applications-2025/

Update: I just tried without the add-ons plug-ins switched on. Emailer works fine and the application submits. When I switched tracker back on, the undefined error comes back. So it appears that this is an issue with the tracker add-on.

Update 2: The email that came through was blank and there’s no application data saved in the backend.

    Hi

I’ve tried that. Issue one, I’m now getting a pop-up saying “Do you really want to submit this form?” So it seems like the system is still automatically trying to submit the form even though I haven’t touched that browser tab for a few minutes.

The second issue remains the same. I’ve tried on Chrome and Firefox.

It was set to default captcha. I turned that off, tested and I could sign up. Turned default back on, and it came up with the redirection error again. I switched to Google invisible recaptcha and it still works.

So it was default captcha causing the issue. I’m not sure why, but so long as the issue’s fixed I’ll take it. Thank you!

I’m also experiencing the same issue – came here to find a solution and discovered it’s not just me!

I’ve installed WP Mail Logging and it shows emails being sent but we’re not receiving them to our mailbox. Other emails, including ones sent via Contact Form 7, are reaching us.

I’m having a similar issue. Specifically I’m getting the following errors:

    `Add to basket
We are detecting this event, but at least one parameter needs action.
    Product ID
Make sure you are including Product IDs in your Add to basket events. A Product ID can be any format you choose as long as it matches the format used by your catalogue.
    Checkout
Add a Checkout event that fires when someone successfully buys something on your site.
    Product ID
    Value
    Currency’

I got notified of this error at the end of July and while I’ll turned off any plug-ins I think might be causing this issue (ajax add to cart plug-in, custom checkout page) nothing’s changed.

I’ve also installed the Chrome plug-in but when I view my site pages it just says it’s not find any tags on the page.

It’s unlikely to be the theme as that hasn’t updated since well before the problem started occurring.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated as I only have 30 days to resolve the issue and time is running out. I’ve contacted Pinterest support but doubt they’ll be of much use.
