all users admins are inactive in users, or Not Allowed , but when I desactivate WF all goes to normal again

Hi Gerroald , now I can see the 2FA is inactive but I cant edit any pages I have to desactivate the WF plugin, then log in again and then I can edit my pages as Admin this is happening after WF actualization

I was abble to see the videos using the shortocode
[cvg-gallery galleryId=1 mode=playlist /]

to make it responsive I used this code in the style

#mediaplayer_gallery_1_wrapper {
width: 100%;
}
and I left blank the width in the settings of video gallery in the admin section
so my problem was resolved, great plugin!

Usisng the quotes I can see the thumbs but I click on them and wont show the videos =(

I used As workaround from manuelmasia at the top of this forum an it worked fine with wp3.9,

on my version of add-to-cart.php I used:

I wonder about the support from the developers of the plugin… ?

also , after upgrade to v1.9.2 shortcodes are not rendering
they just appear as [my_shortcode] on my sites
