The site is still “under construction”, https://nuevaweb.pyramide.es/, “The chat” does not work well on edge and in safari (Iphone).
At the edge, it gives the error of javascript:

Every time I click the open chat button

we have the same problem in Internet Edge, I think that it was resolved, but show the same advice and not open the window chat:

Unable to get property ‘length’ of undefined or null reference

the error is in: wplc_u.js (703,13)

with the last version in wordpress (WordPress 4.6.1),
and WP-LiveChat (6.2.11 )
