I don’t know what PHP version you are using, but rolling back from 7.3 to 7.0 seems to have fixed this issue for me. I can save again!!

Can someone please help as this is happening to others too.

I have replaced my .htaccess file.

Called hosting (inmotion) and increased memory to 256M. Host also checked server logs and found no issues.

Rolled back elementor to older version.

NOTHING works!

Been happening for two days.
contacted my host (inmotion) and they upped memory to 256M and same error 500 happening. Rolled back elementor and same error happening!!

OMG! Edward, Thank you so much! I have been searching for this solution for several weeks only to be told it wasn’t possible unless I upgrade my plan (I have 8 items in my store). I added the plural version and now it works for both:

I don’t want to press my luck, but can you tell me if it is possible to change the “back to catalog” link in product view so it says “continue shopping” ? Ideally, I would prefer to hide the link and add a continue shopping button instead…if that is possible.

Thanks Rich… I was struggling with the floater icon as it doesn’t seem to work with ecwid’s color adaptive mode. (DUH…Ecwid please fix this!!)

I used this modification to make the bag icon solid and circular outline blue #00abeb.

Okay, that sucks. So what do you suggest? I want to keep using Ocean, but the problem seems to be there.

Looks like the answer was to uncheck Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives in woocommerce settings.

If I roll back OceanWP to version 1.4.16 buttons work again in both parent and child themes.

If I switch to twenty seventeen theme the problem goes away.

I don’t have any extra code and I have disabled all the plugins…still has problem.

If I go into cutomizer and view the cart page and click add to cart I still get the undefined button show up, but it disappears after a second or two.

So this is very strange. I could send you a screenshot if you like.

After you add an item to the cart from the shop page, click view cart. In the cart page click add to cart from one of the “you may be interested in…” items. An “undefined” button will appear under add to cart button. If you click on the undefined button it takes you to a page that says “page could not be found”
