In reply to: [Variation Swatches for WooCommerce] Image type attribute image sizeThank you for the video!
I always purged the cache before testing. Today it worked, maybe it was the browser, I don’t know. Thank you for your support!

In reply to: [Variation Swatches for WooCommerce] Image type attribute image sizeThank you for your mesage!
Unfortunately, it didnt work. I increased the size in three different settings:
It is a variable product:
I noticed however, that it increased the size for color swatches:
But the image swatches remain the same small size:
The swatch images are is 400 x 300 pixels in size:
Thank you!
You’re right, I tried with the default 2024 theme and it worked (woocommerce + PRFW), all product show the correct star rating:
This puts me in a difficult position, having to choose between my theme and your plugin. Unfortunately, switching themes isn’t an option for me right now.
Thank you for all your hard work and support!
Hi, and thank you for getting back to me!
It seems there’s a conflict with another plugin, which I’m currently investigating. I’ll update you as soon as I have more information. (I tested WPForms Lite, the plugin mentioned in your screenshot, but it doesn’t appear to be the cause.)
While deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and Photo Reviews for WooCommerce did remove the five-star rating for products regardless if they have any rating, a product I intentionally rated one star for testing still shows as five stars, as shown below.
This means that even if we identify and deactivate the plugin causing all products to show a five-star review, the correct ratings still wouldn’t display in the up-sell and cross-sell sections for those with ratings lower than five stars.
Thank you for your help.
Correct product rating on the product page, for reference:
Woocommerce active only: Making sure the correct product ratings are shown on cross-sell section
Woocommerce + PRFW active only: Products without rating are now correct but reference product shows a wrong five star rating.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce] Where is Amazon PayHi @mrclayton, thanks for the quick reply. I got it. Thanks for the update, the Amazon Pay plugin was a bit frustrating.
If I may say something, I would prefer it had its own payment tab with its logo, like Google pay, Apple Pay and PayPal due to it being a major payment option in the US. But I selected only Amazon Pay from Universal Payment Methods and added Amazon Pay as the title and it almost looks like the same as the others.
Anyway, I got another question, I’ve got two Payment Method Configuration (live mode) options, is that correct? If so, would either one work?
Thank you
Perfect, thank you.
No worries, lets figure it out.
WP Debug Log shows nothing, “no results found”. I sent a screenshot and the page source code to [email protected] with the subject “Good, good, good…gone”
Maybe its a conflict with another plugin, although I didnt install another plugin while changing your plugin settings.
Hi Ales,
thanks for your reply. Not much info I can give you, I was just changing settings and saving as I went. It was working fine, great plugin. Perhaps the only thing that I can think of was I might have reloaded the page while it was saving, that might have left something unfinished in the code.
If thats the case then its not a problem with your plugin but rather something that will happen to any plugin. Thats why I was trying to “reset” the code back to original to start over, and be careful to not reload while saving, but the changes I made along with the problem come back every time I try to install from scratch.
Perhaps just deleting the changes I made and installing a new original version will solve the problem, but I don’t know how to do that.
I made a couple of tests since maybe it was because this product has variations (6, 12, 20) but I put another single variation product out of stock and the same error occurred (https://reefoutfit.com/product/dosing-container/)
That did it, thank you.
Hi Rich, thanks for your reply.
Its still there.
You cant see it anymore because in the meantime I switched the sign up link from “Modal” to “Woo commerce account”, which changed the sign up page from the one I attached to this post (separate tabs on a pop-up) to the one you see now (login/sign up side by side).
On this new login/sign up page the checkbox appears only once, but like I said, if I switch back its still duplicated.
Since I’m still building the website I can leave it like it was for a while so you can check it out if you’re interested, just let me know.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] How to get my reviews backI tried to restore it but the file was too big.
I created a new database in the server and imported the table, from there I copy/pasted.
Thank you for your help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Reviews in 2 columnsHi, thank you for pitching in.
Actually I posted the same issue to the theme support (blocksy) and someone there gave me a css that fixed it.
If you would really like to check it I can disable it since the website hasn’t been released yet. You can have a preview from xue28s post above.
Let me know if you would like to work on it or let it be, I’d be glad to help.
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Reviews in 2 columnsHello xue28, thanks for your reply.
That is the correct page, if you look closely you will see that the phrase “Only logged in customers who have…” appears aligned to the top in a second column on the right, when in reality this phrase was supposed to show below the last review.
In other words, the reviews should be as wide as the website (full width) and not “squeezed” to the left with a white column on the right side.
If you check he same page on a phone you will see that it is displayed correctly, probably because it gets squeezed to the bottom since the display is very narrow.
I hope I was able to help, if not, just let me know and I will give you a screenshot, no problem.
Thanks again,
Alberto.
