Sure…
Go to Directory Listings > Database Upgrades > then click on both Upgrade/Regenerate pages & Upgrade Directorist old/existing listings.
After doing the above I was able to upload images again.
Hey Jan… thanks for chiming in.
OK… I will admit that my title is a bit inflammatory and I will change that. But as far as my review is concerned I believe… and especially after having a conversation with the seller, that I am completely justified in my complaint. The real issue here is a clear and accurate description of what the buyer is receiving. Neither the opening sales dialog or the terms specifically state that at the end of the year you lose access to “Unlimited” websites. Nowhere does it say that you will lose the most important feature of the “Pro” version (In my opinion) which is access to the materials that make it worth spending the extra money to receive.
I will agree to rewrite my review AND give it 5 stars IF the seller is willing to make it clearer on the front page where his product is sold that this is in fact a “limited” PRO version that is dependent on a subscription in order for you to continue to use it as a PRO tool. AND that you lose more than support and upgrades which is ALL the current description defines.
I have the pro plugin and if I try and use it now for any new websites it will function no differently than the FREE version. I see no real difference between the Free version and the Pro version without the additional imagery, and the seller has refused to define exactly what the differences are in this thread when I offered to change my review based on his response. If I am indeed correct and there is no real significant difference between the FREE version and a Pro version without a license then I believe the seller has the responsibility to define that clearly or at least let the buyer know what benefits they will retain after subscription expiration…if any.
Unfortunately, I disagree with your reasoning in that my review is based on my misunderstanding. I believe it is based on my misinterpretation of the seller’s description and its vagueness AND… the sellers unwillingness to do a VERY GOOD thing for future business and make it clearer to potential buyers the still somewhat vague explanation in the terms.
My goal… to convince the seller that by making their sales description clearer to all he could avoid any future misunderstanding of his product business model. That is all. I have already admitted I love the product… just VERY disappointed in the seller’s willingness to be as “clear as possible” about what it is “exactly” one is paying for and a clear definition of the terms. AND… that they buyer will lose MORE than just support, upgrades, and the ability to download the source files as stated in the terms.
Agreed!
Oh… and John… thanks for the conversation. At least future buyers who read this thread will have a much clearer understanding of your product details than your advertisement gives them and I think we should both count that as a win!
Good luck with sales my friend.

See that is the point her my dear man.
” New sites will no longer have access to stock images and theme via our api.”
The stock images are a Major part of the Pro Version. The layouts and backgrounds. In my opinion it is the only feature that makes the Pro version the Pro version. Perhaps you could explain to me and other buyers the significant differences between the Free version and the Pro version without the images/without a license? and John…. I will retract everything I have said here and give you that 5 star rating if you can convince me that without the Image layouts the Pro version is still significantly different than the Free version and what those benefits are?
From your previous message. Correct me if I am wrong…
You can still use the plugin “but the stock images and themes come from our api”. But the plugin will still work.
Does this not mean that we lose access to these layouts/images?
