OK I think my domain is blocked by Flickr. I’ve tried another plugin and same problem so I’ve just set Photonic up on another website on the same server, exactly the same environment, and it’s worked first time.
No it’s not Wordfence, I’ve completely disabled it and still the same.
It’s very strange becuase it can see my Google Photos albums no problem at all.
Yes the link brings up an XML listing my albums so that’s working.
I use Wordfence. Let me switch it to learning mode and try again.
I know it shouldn’t but could the fact that I only created the Flickr account a few hours ago have any bearing on the matter?
The API keys are fine. I’ve created a second app and tested with that and still the same.

And also, the Authentication process works so it’s recognising the API keys perfectly.
Well to be fair you have to copy and paste the id’s but I’ve checked by copying them into Notepad first and there is nothing different. The Find Your User ID on the Helper page doesn’t work either, just returns the message Forbidden.
It’s a pro Flickr account. Is that why?
No, it’s still the same. Can I DM or email you?
No, it’s public.
Hi Sayontan, thanks for your reply.
I’m using the xxxxxxx@xxx id found at https://www.flickr.com/services/api/explore/flickr.people.getInfo
@alekv Will this change be included in the next offical update release or will we have the same problem again when it next updates? Thanks
Hi @alekv, yes the beta version has worked for me.
I’ve put it on a standard blog post that isn’t built on Elementor and it’s still not showing. But this time Firefox isn’t showing it either.
Can we continue this via DM or email please?
