I am not sure what is going on with the ASUS and the browsers but the Macbook is working perfectly. It never occurred to me to try making the changes on a different computer. It is very stable. I feel a lot more comfortable. Thanks for all of your help. I won’t bother you again ??

I am going to use my mac instead of my asus computer, and go through safari and see if that makes any difference at all

Hi. I don’t expect anything of you. I believe you have done all you can. But if you go back to my site, you will see that when I tried to remove the fifth slide you added, all of the slides were deleted and it reverted back to the original three slides. It is a mystery. I thought it was resolved. Weirdest thing I have ever seen.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the theme or your support. If I didn’t like the theme so much I would not have worked so hard to get it to work for me. I appreciate your help.

Even if I tried to upload the content for the ‘content features’ through FileZilla since I cannot use the customizer, I don’t know where the content is.

I am not sure what you mean. Were you able to upload slides using the customizer. Are you able to upload an image and content to the ‘feature content’ section.

I have worked with this them on chrome, explorer and firefox. I don’t think the browsers could be an issue.

What were you able to do? and what browser did you use?

In fact, I deleted plugins that I like just to see if it would help. Nothing ??

I have deactivated every plugin. It doesn’t make a bit of difference unfortunately.

How would I send the screenshot to you. I sent it via email. The ‘reply’ address was www.remarpro.com. I don’t think you can see it that way. How can I send the screen shot to you directly?

I am still having a problem with customized. I was not able to use customized to upload my slides or to upload images for the featured content. I am using FileZilla. However, I am not able to add any content to the features area because I don’t know where the files are stored. I have used Mozilla Firefox and I can see what files the content should be but when I go to the .php files I can’t find anything. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can add my own content to the featured content sections without using customized since it is not working on my site at all. Or do you know how I can fix customizer. I am stuck…

Okay. I got the slides up. Now I am working on the Featured Content area.
The only way for me to upload images in this section is through Filezilla.

Here is the problem I believe. The ‘customizer’ is absolutely not working for me at all in this theme.

All my changes have to be made directly to the file.

When I look in the customizer it is not acknowledging any of my preferences, uploads, etc. It’s as though the template has not been changed at all. But when I look at the site it all looks good.

I don’t think this is good. What will happen if I update to a new version?

I am extremely skeptical at this point. I am trying to hold on to the theme because it is perfect for this site.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
