    Hello @renovomotors!!
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was reading your initial comment, but I’m afraid I don’t understand your problem.

I looked at the URL you sent, and notice some sticky elements. However, I didn’t notice any weird actions while scrolling.

Could you please elaborate on the issue?
What exactly are you trying to achieve, what were you doing before the issue, and what steps have you taken to sort this out?

    Best regards.

    Hello @srd75!
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.

In this case, kindly be advised that multiple text input fields from the Elementor widgets will strip out custom HTML.
Unfortunately, at this time, there’s no default way of disabling this. But if you’re trying to do, for example, changing the style with a <b> or <em> tag, you could achieve a similar result within the Style tab or add custom CSS via the WordPress Customizer.

I hope this can help you.
If you’re planning to do something very specific, it will help us if you describe the situation so we can suggest a better workaround.

    Let me know any comments.
    Regards,

    Alain

    Hello @lukedouglas!
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.

In this case, I was looking at your site and could notice the problem you mentioned.
However, the site parts where you can’t see the Roboto font you set on Elementor were not built with Elementor. So it’s expected that you can’t see these styles like you set it with Elementor.
These parts seem to take styles from your currently active theme, “pleasant”. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party plugins. So please try contacting the author of the theme for extra guidance.

I hope this can help you.
    Regards,

    Hello @zakim!
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.
I’m glad you were able to handle this problem on your own. Still, if you ever find yourself again at this issue, please try these methods:

    • Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
    • Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
    • Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
    • To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.

Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
Hope those steps can be useful, they go over the most common culprits for issues like yours.

    Regards,

    Hello @rd007!
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.

In this case, I was looking at your site and noticed the issue you mentioned.
However, it seems like the gray bar and the text are coming from the “Complianz – GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent” installed on your site.

    Hi @sartorieanthea,
    Thank you for contacting us!

I was reading your previous comments and I understand the issue.
Be aware that the proper function of your Permalinks structure depends on your server configurations, so this issue must be taken care of by your hosting company.
Based on what you mentioned, it’s probable that you just need to enable the mod_rewrite PHP extension (check your server settings). Using this, you can remove the default /index.php/ from the site structure.

I hope this can be useful. Let us know further comments.
    Kind regards,

    Alain

    Hello @electronica23 !
I’m sorry you keep struggling with this issue.

From your previous screenshot, I noticed you’re viewing the ‘Blocks’ section of the Library templates. Be aware this only has Pro templates at the time. Still, you will see some free templates if you click on the Pages section.
In case you don’t want to use a full Page template, you can always remove the unwanted content.
See this screenshot as a reference: https://postimg.cc/jw9Yz6hY

I hope this can be useful.

    Hello @mrmacca!

I’m sorry you keep struggling with this situation.
I was cehcking your site and it seems you rolled-back to a previous version of Elementor.

If you want to keep debugging this situation, let’s take a look at if this could be a conflict with your theme or plugins.

Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:

    • Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    • Switch your current theme to WordPress Twenty Twentyfour (or another default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.

I hope this information helped you.

    Kind regards,
