Hello @justanothertechbro !
Thank you for contacting us.In this case, kindly be advises that the Containers currently doesn’t have a field to control the max-height property. However, an easy workaround would be using Custom CSS via the WordPress Customizer or your theme and add this property.
Besides that, it would helpful if you tell us in which part(s) of the tutorial is this required so we can suggest a best alternative.I hope this can help you.
Let me know if you have other questions related to Elementor.Regards.
Hello {{customer.firstName}}!
Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.
In this case, we do offer a better custom Add to Cart widget as part of our Pro licenses.
However, be aware that the AJAX functionality from the Add to cart from WooCommerce doesn’t rely on the Elementor widget(s), but on a setting from WooCommerce.
The “Enable AJAX add to basket buttons on archives” must be enabled in WooCommerce Settings > Products in order for this feature to properly function.
For more help regarding WooCommerce, please contact the Woo team.I hope this can help you.

Hello @hassanb !!
Thank you for contacting us.Could you please elaborate on the issue?…
What exactly are you trying to achieve, what were you doing before the issue, and what steps have you taken to sort this out?I asked that because it’s not clear to me what you’re trying to do. As evidence you showed us some Custom CSS and then as “result” you pasted HTML, which is not the same.
So please, send us a URL to check, images of what you’ve done, or a screencast as a reference.Let us know further comments.
Best regards.
Hello @osamaelmahdy ,
Thank you for the heads up.I understand you are using a custom third-party theme and this is causing the problem with your site.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support over third-party themes/plugins.
Please try contacting the author of your theme for extra guidance.Let me know if you have further comments.

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More than Just a Page Builder] ERRORHello @alexbyby !
Thank you for contacting us.I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.
Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:- Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
- Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
- To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.
Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
Hope those steps will help you, they go over the most common culprits for issues like yours.I hope this can help you. Let me know if you have other questions related to Elementor.
Regards.

Hi @hunbi,
Thank you for keeping in touch.I’d also suggest to try out Safe Mode. Go to Elementor > tools , choose “enable” to the Safe Mode setting, and click save changes.
“Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.
Read about the feature here: https://elementor.com/help/what-is-safe-mode/
If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue, try to deactivate all plugins and turn them one by one till you find the culprit.
Hope it helps.
