Thanks for reporting this issue to us!Could you please first confirm that uninstalling the plugin either from WordPress Dashboard or via FTP then installing it again didn’t fix this issue?
Also, do you have a theme installed on your website that has “TGM-Plugin-Activation” script?
And I would appreciate if you can share your website’s system information following this guide by any mean you would like and make sure to hide any sensitive data.
