Hi @sagar123b
The answer is no.
However, pushing the staging site to the live site is a Pro feature; for any questions related to the Pro version, please use this form, as we can’t discuss Pro features here on the free forums.
Thanks,
AlaaHi @delanthear
Are you sure permalinks is set to “Post Name” on that staging site? You can do that following this guide. If you still have this issue, please contact us via this form and don’t forget to attach your site’s system information from (WP STAGING > System Info) and we will help you further from there.
Thanks,
AlaaHi @thewowadventureltd
Thanks for asking this question; however, I can’t find a way for the WP STAGING plugin to help you achieve what you want.Good luck!
Hi @surrealpolitiks
There is a way to do that in the Pro version; please get in touch with us via this form to discuss further details, as we aren’t allowed to post anything related to the Pro version on the free forums.
Thanks,
AlaaHi,
This issue already handled via our contact form.It wasn’t related directory to WP STAGING; the way it was reported made it looks like a WP STAGING issue, but in fact, it wasn’t.
Thanks.

Hi @bandreas3
We didn’t receive your request for some reason, please contact us directly via this email “support (at) wp-staging.com” with a link to this forum thread and we will replay back to you.
Thanks.
Hi @yergomezz
Please ensure you are running the latest version of WP STAGING 2.14.0 plugin on both the live and staging site. And you can reset the password on the staging site by clicking on “Lost your password?” link on the staging site as in this screenshot and entering your admin user email. (add “/wp-admin” or “/wp-login.php” to the end of the staging site’s URL to get this login page)
Let me know how it goes,
Thanks,
AlaaThe document has been updated and this issue is now resolved.
@marekkaczanowicz1231 check this step as I mentioned above:
Remove database value wpstg_is_staging_site.Hi @jack01732
Please let me know which method exactly you followed on that guide?
https://wp-staging.com/docs/delete-all-woocommerce-orders-and-transactions/From what you have mentioned, I believe it’s the “Exclude WooCommerce Orders and their Metadata while Creating the Staging Site” method, right?
Also, share your site’s system information from (WP STAGING > System Info) via this form, and we will help you further from there.
Thanks,
AlaaHi @areaano
From what you have mentioned I understand you want to clone your site from one domain to another one, this isn’t supported in the free version. For any questions related to the Pro version, please contact us via this form. The WordPress forum guidelines do not permit answering pro-related questions here.
Thanks,
AlaaHi @bandreas3
You should increase the memory limit in the wp-config.php file of the site showing this memory error, which is the staging site in your case.
If you still have this issue, please send us the system information from (WP STAGING > System Info) via this form, and we will help you further from there.
Thanks,
AlaaHi @bandreas3
Yes, it supports running on WordPress sites installed on sub-directories.
Thanks,
Alaa
