I just did, same problem.
Ok then, I’ll wait a future update on this.
But j \d\e F is used on “date without year” format. My issue is on “month and year format“, where it should use F \d\e Y. (but it doesn’t work right)

I’m using The Events Calendar (free) version 3.12.3 and the escaping characters on Date formatting isn’t fixed. (I’m Brazilian too)
