Esmi thank you so much for pointing me into the right direction, I was desperate!! I fixed it, it turned out my collegue didn’t renew the database service so the hosting took away the database privileges.

I upgraded wp to 4.6 on friday, 19th of august and the database expired just that day… coincidences do exist! XD

Thank you esmi, I already did everything you wrote. The only thing I didn’t try before was the last thing, which I tried just now, and sadly it didn’t work. It tells me there is no need to update the database, and then I’m stuck in the login page as before :\

Update: I reinstalled Wp 4.6 manually via ftp and now i’m stuck again with the forever login page… Really I don’t know what to do ??

I have the same problem. I already tried to “save options” but it didn’t work. I disabled all the plugins, removed the calendar and then re-installed it, but nothing worked.
