Just completed the delete plugin process and activated a fresh version of this plugin.
still result is same.

I disabled all the plugins,only this plugin and woo-commerce are active currently on this setup.

Also, options are working fine with other setup of the same server with same plugins and theme : https://217.23.12.152/~woocard/product/test/
