Which gateway are you using for sending messages? Have you configured the gateway credentials? Also, if you are sending messages to India you must note that as per TRAI regulations promotional messages cannot be sent to DND numbers.

Thankyou for your suggestion. The option was provided to give the users the flexibility to receive messages, still I will incorporate your suggestion and will pre-fill those fields with the email address from the admin profile. The admin however, shall continue to have the flexibility to change the recipient email and mobile number
