The primary purpose of this plugin is to provide Backup with export and import feature with large number of menu items with multiple configuration like Uber menus and Mega menu.
If you only have a URLs then it will definitely work with other website as well. Can you please disable all other plugins and check if it works. Might be some other plugin is conflicting the AJAX.

The import must be done on the same website from which you exported the JSON file (Same domain) else the import will not work as the posts and their Post ID which is on A website it’s not required that the same posts is available on B website also.

Can you please try the export and import feature on the same website and let me know if there is any issue so that i can look into it and sort it out.

It’s might be due to the upload permission in the directory. Could you please assign 775 permission to the uploads folder and then try again and let me know if issue persist.

You can also try same on the local and let me know if it’s work on your local.

As @enterprisebranding suggest it happens when we don’t have any item in the menu. Could you please confirm are you also exporting the empty menus or your menus have some items.

I will add this empty check in the next plugin update.

It seems like it’s conflicting with other plugin or theme that’s why it’s fail the AJAX call.

Can you please deactivate all other plugin and try it with default theme and let me know if issue exist. Also, please enable the error reporting (wp-debug) to see if is there any php errors at there.

Thanks for confirmation. It seems like it’s other plugin conflict or system requirement issue, not an issue from the plugin code end.

After migration of test to live the issue will get resolved, Please let me know if issue will there so that we can fix it.

HI @sudwebdesign ,

As you told it’s working for your other system so might be there is some configuration difference or other plugin is conflicts with it.

The error “Error in processing!” is the JavaScript AJAX error it comes when AJAX doesn’t return success and comes to the error. Could you please open the Console and let me know what JS errors are there.
