Sorry to hear that, but this plugin is not compatible to import from localhost to Live website. In this case the import should work but those posts or any custom post type must be present on that website with same ID then only it will work. Also can you please check the error in processing will only come if there is conflict of JS or AJAX unable to run. Kindly requesting you to please check the AJAX request in network and check for any JavaScript error in console.

HI @xabat ,

I think Must be there is some other plugin JavaScript is conflicting with it. Please check JS error on console and try to disable other plugin once and then try again, if still that will not work then please share the screenshot with me i will look into it.

Hi @dilusionz ,

In this case Ajax is not able to run successfully that’s why you’re getting Error in Processing. These error are most probably due to the permission issue of WordPress AJAX. To identify this issue we have displayed the error log in the browser console.

Please try to deactivate other plugins or try to assign permissions and try again

If above doesn’t work then please share the console logs with me so that i can look into it.

Hi @sixplusonemedia ,

This error comes when Ajax return error while import. We have printed the error in the console log when AJAX return error. Please check the error in console and share with me so i can debug it and resolve this issue. As it’s working fine for us so we’re not able to reproduce this error. Also, the error might be due to the file upload and create directory permission to the uploads folder. Please Let me know if it’s possible to connect so i can debug this error while connect.

Thanks for sharing the details, The existing version of plugin is not compatible with the multi site. i will upgrade the plugin and make it compatible with the multi site in the upcoming version as well and let you know.

We have added the Menu description field in yesterday release. Please update the plugin to the latest version i.e 1.6.0 version to fix the menu description issue.
