Fixed in the js plugin itself. It was not an wordpress error.

Hi. Thanks. There was an error when the links not in the the_content function the fileExt filter was not used. Should work now.

Thanks for mention. I’ve pushed my changed, but forgot one version number in the readme.txt so the wordpress page did not get the change. It is now corrected.

Should be fixed now. I’ve added my own classes and ids to the colorpicker and styled them. Version 2.13.0
