I’ll mark this as resolved and re-visit the question if any other problems arise.
We haven’t had any other issues as of yet, so I’m not sure. They never seemed to be happening with any regularity before, so it’s still kind of a waiting game. Hopefully it’s resolved after I deactivated Jetpack!

I’m not as concerned about the question order (which is all its changing) as I am about the order of the groups. I don’t want to have to add numbers to their names though to make them go in the order I want.
I’ll try disabling some things, namely Jetpack. I think we need WordPress HTTPS for our security though? It may be a little bit before I can confirm whether or not this has had any positive effect, as these problems seem to be occurring at random. Many orders go through just fine, and then we’ll hit a snag again where someone’s info doesn’t show up or they can’t finalize the order. I’ll give this a shot though and report back.

I don’t think there are any caching plugins enabled…the only plugins that are installed and activated are MarketPress, Jetpack, WordPress HTTPS, and WordPress Importer.
I don’t know what the reverse proxies are, so I doubt any of those are being used. How would I be able to tell if the site is behind a firewall?
