Free version is limited Up to 5th generation of tree, But it was not applied on previous versions, we applied that from current version, You can still use previous version, still we did not deleted that from wordpress.

Genealogical Tree does not store .ged file anywhere, it use temporarily to create member and families.

Thank you for your post, Our all css is prefixed with ‘gt-‘. So it should not affect other plugin, Genealogical Tree may affected by others plugin, Can will mind to share your site here or through email? So we can check and fix your issue.
