I am using godaddy hosting and they are allowing me to host multiple domains and my primary domain is amazinglikes.com and aaatechnologyservices.com is secondary domain pointing to aaatechnologyservices sub directory and in this sub directory wordpress is installed.

Please help me to sort out this problem?

Thanks Patrik, you did the best for me, i am going to upgrade my windows hosting to linux hosting, if it will work fine then good otherwise will go for another host as recommend by wordpress.

I will never prefer godaddy to anyone, godaddy is making us fool. They know this problem still they are providing one click wp install on windows hosting.
