Hi Joy, Thanks for your answer. OK, I think I understand. I had thought forms were only for data input, although it makes sense that the input can be stored then retrieved. So I am fine with concept of a form and a user inputting data into a form and the data then being stored (presumably in a database)….but what I am struggling with (mainly) is retrieving that same data and displaying it in a page to another user. Can you give me a little more guidance? Thanks again

Hi Steve, Thanks for your reply…and yes there appear to be some very good plugins for job boards….can I be a little more specific. What I am trying to achieve is the following

An ’employer’ can list a job, so maybe something like ‘wash my car’, ‘fix my PC’ or ‘install a new boiler’ and a job seeker can then view (and search through) all these jobs and take the one(s) he or she wants…once that job is taken it is removed from the list

The employer and job seeker then will have each others details and can then contact each other and make arrangements to get the job done
