Hey I had a similar situation and was wondering if someone can help me? I’m supposed to work on someone else’s site as well and had a question.

The site is https://essaysanddissertations.com/ and it is hosted by https://ahcorporation.com/

Wordpress is already installed on it so I can just go to https://essaysanddissertations.com/wp-admin with the username and password and make changes to the site through the dashboard right? I don’t need to do anything to the domain/hosting from https://ahcorporation.com/ right?

I did this and successfully got into the dashboard for this site. But when I click on the customize button it doesn’t load up (). It’s stuck on this loading icon and nothing happens after that. What could be the issue for this? Is there a problem in the wordpress installation of this site or it has something to do with the domain/hosting form ahcorporation.com? The theme on the site is Avada just for reference.
