Hi Team –
I tried above solutions but still was not able to get the issue fixed. I am using for my website a theme called “EDUCATION BASE” and apparently it looks like there is a problem of compatibility since when i change the theme .. the issues were all fixed.
Should i conclude that there is a compatibility between both systems or you have a way to help me out. since the website is already Live and i necessarily need a way out on this.

I am currently facing the same issue of not being able to add a profile picture to any of my users on my site. Regardless of whether or not I log in as that user or try to change it as an admin it does not work.
NB: I disable all plugins but still ..
Please advice On…It’s urgent
