I know it sounded like a trivial questions. So trivial the developer never mentioned it in the process. I copied everything in the theme folder of the zip expanded file up under the Theme director of the WordPress website… All is well… Thank you!

Thank you for your reply. I sent this to the company who developed the third party theme. According to his instructions, I go to import, to wordpress, assign posts to admin, and check the download and import box. He said that should work. The creator is from Russia and I think I am having a language barrier.

Do you have a better suggestion how I can install the theme so it is visable and can be activated?

One question. Why do you and others connect the need for multiple blogs for a single site to multiple installations? I associate multiple installations as the ability to manage multiple blogs from a single dashboard, not allowing multiple blogs to be available on a single site. I’m sure my newbie mind is missing something.
